1:1 Active Breathwork/Reiki/Meditation

Service Description

In a session, clients will experience non-ordinary states of consciousness, individuals may experience unique perceptions, thoughts, and emotions that are not typically accessible in their normal state of mind. These experiences can be profound and transformative, leading to spiritual insights, enhanced creativity, and deep inner healing. 30 minutes of active breathwork followed by 20 min of reiki and meditation and integration to follow. Important: This session is not suitable for everyone and is not appropriate for people with certain medical conditions.
