8-Week Healing + Intuitive Mentorship

Service Description

This is a beautiful combination of our Spiritual Development Mentorship and Healing Mentorship, bringing the two together for a deeper, more personalized experience. Together, we'll work with both the body and the energetic self, exploring somatic practices, nervous system regulation, Reiki, intuitive development, discernment, the energetic body, and the patterns that can make it difficult to trust yourself. Each week is personalized to where you are and what is ready to unfold. You'll receive weekly mini Reiki sessions alongside intuitive practices and healing work, creating space to both experience and explore what you're learning. Some weeks may focus more deeply on healing and embodiment. Others may open into intuitive development, energetic awareness, discernment, or spiritual practice. The work isn't meant to follow a rigid formula. We'll meet you where you are and allow the work to unfold from there. You'll have practices and homework between sessions, and I'll hold you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself. The goal isn't simply to receive guidance from someone else. It's to develop a deeper relationship with your body, energy, intuition, and inner knowing. Heal what is ready to be healed. Learn to recognize what is yours. And begin trusting what you already know.
