Service Description

A space to slow down, receive, reconnect, and be held. Join me each month for a nourishing online Reiki Circle created to help you soften out of the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and receive. We'll begin with a guided meditation to settle into the present moment, followed by a shared Reiki experience and time to integrate. Each circle may explore a different theme or intention, giving us space to connect more deeply with ourselves and one another. No experience with Reiki is necessary. Just come as you are, bring an open heart, and allow yourself to receive.
