Service Description

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki practice and it begins with you. Together, we'll explore the history and principles of Reiki, learn how energy moves through and around the body, and practice the techniques you'll use to work with Reiki for yourself. Before we become a conduit for anyone else, we have to learn how to clear and care for our own channel. Level 1 begins that process. Through self-Reiki and practice, you'll develop a deeper awareness of your own energy and what it means to become a clear vessel for Reiki. This training is hands-on. You'll have time to practice, receive Reiki, ask questions, and experience the practice for yourself. You'll leave with the foundation to begin using Reiki in your everyday life and continue your own self-healing practice. This is where the practice begins. And the practice of clearing your own channel continues long after the training ends. Saturdays when available | 10 AM–3 PM. DM to schedule
