Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. This is more than a Reiki session, it’s a deeply restorative, full-body energetic reset designed to bring you back into balance, clarity, and alignment. Each session weaves together Reiki energy healing, crystal grid work, intuitive guidance, sound healing, and aromatherapy to support your nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. You’ll be guided into a relaxed, grounded state as healing energy flows through the body, gently releasing what’s been held, emotionally, physically, and energetically. A custom crystal grid is intuitively created for you, amplifying the energy of the session and anchoring your intentions into the physical and energetic body. Throughout your session, I incorporate sound frequencies, essential oils, and intuitive touch or hovering techniques to deepen the healing experience and meet you exactly where you are. You may receive intuitive insights, messages, or energetic reflections to support your next steps, offering clarity and deeper self-understanding.
